Add it inside the < head > tag.

# No spaces between the greater/less than signs and the alphabets. The comment box doesn't allow html tags so put the space in between just to show up.
aww. it has to be under < title > tag ofcos. inside the head but below the title tag.
ခ်စ္လားေရ။ myfavatar.com ကို ခင္ဗ်ားရဲ႕ user name, password နဲ႕၀င္။ ျပီးရင္ favatar code ဆိုတာကို ကလစ္ႏွိပ္ျပီး၀င္ favicon code ဆိုတာရဲ႕ ေအာက္က code ေတြကို ေကာ္ပီကူးျပီး ခင္ဗ်ားရဲ႕ ဘေလာ့ Template->Edit HTML ကိုသြား။ ျပီးရင္ head ေအာက္မွာ Paste လုပ္။ ျပီးရင္ save လုပ္ေပါ့ဗ်ာ။ အဆင္မေျပရင္ေျပာပါ။
